Lifting scheme: non-destructive demoulding and lifting of 65-meter-long windmill blades. The traditional lifting scheme is that the blades of the windmill are hoisted with slings. However, this lifting method often causes damage to the surface of the windmill blades. We have designed a special lifting solution to prevent this damage.

Nondestructive Level Lifting
No damage is one of the advantages of Aerolift's vacuum lifting solutions. This is due to the soft rubber seals and suction cups that disperse the suction on the surface. Extremely long windmill blades require solutions that are completely precise. Full level up is an essential requirement. Our lifting solutions are used in combination with vacuum spreaders and blade root spreaders. The blade root spreader is placed on the outer end of the windmill blade to stabilize and ensure horizontal lifting. Although the windmill blades are 65 meters long, the Aerolift vacuum spreader is only 6 meters long and has a load of 8 tons. Combined vacuum spreader and blade root spreader have a lifting capacity of 16 tons.
